Founded in 2008 by Alistair Chugg, Rigour Excavation Pty Ltd has grown into one of central New South Wales’s most trusted earthworks and civil contractors. Our focus is on delivering reliable, budget-friendly solutions, backed by late-model equipment, GPS accuracy and operators with extensive industry experience.

Our Fleet & Technology

• Excavators (3 to to 32 Tonnes) with GPS machine control
• Bulldozers (D6 size) for heavy cut-and-fill
• Motor Graders for fine grading and road profiling
• Rollers (padfoot and smooth drum and 8 wheel pneumatic roller) for compaction to AS3798
• Water Trucks for dust suppression and compaction support
• Transport Fleet – Prime movers, side-tippers and low loaders

• All operators hold current White Cards, Traffic Controller authorisations and Machinery Tickets
• Regular toolbox talks, site inspections and environmental audits
• Fully insured (Public Liability and Plant & Equipment cover)
• WHS Management Plan aligned to ISO 45001 principles
